How should I take LK-01?

What is salidroside?
Rhodiola rosea is a known adaptogen, with an extensive history of use in traditional medicine cultures. Salidroside is a naturally occurring bioactive compound that typically comprises 1% of Rhodiola plant material and has long been known to be a key driver for the plant's various health benefits. More than 300 peer-reviewed studies have linked salidroside to a wide range of health benefits including anti-aging, anti-fatigue, and central nervous system activity.
What is an adaptogen?
Adaptogens are conventionally known as compounds that help the body maintain equilibrium. Our first product, LK-01™ PURE SALIDROSIDE, is pure bioactive material found in the adaptogenic plant, Rhodiola. What is a soy peptone?
Soy is a common source of amino acids during fermentation. Soy peptone is produced when whole soy protein is incubated with a protease called pepsin. The resulting short peptides are used as nutrients during the fermentation process. Though third-party testing has confirmed no soy is detectable within our product, we have decided to include soy peptones on our label as part of our commitment to consumer transparency.
