Rhodiola rosea is a known adaptogen, with an extensive history of use in traditional medicine cultures. Salidroside is a naturally occurring bioactive compound that typically comprises 1% of Rhodiola plant material and has long been known to be a key driver for the plant's various health benefits. More than 300 peer-reviewed studies have linked salidroside to a wide range of health benefits including anti-aging, anti-fatigue, and central nervous system activity.

What is a soy peptone?
Soy is a common source of amino acids during fermentation. Soy peptone is produced when whole soy protein is incubated with a protease called pepsin.
